It all started as a way to share my PLC programming projects with my instructor. Creating videos allowed me to demonstrate my work effectively and get valuable feedback. But what began as a simple project-sharing medium has grown into something much more. Now, I create videos just for fun, aiming to educate, inspire, and connect with others who share my passion.

Answering this is challenging because I am currently learning many new things in my role as a system engineer in the hydropower sector. Demonstrating the potential of any programming language requires the right hardware, even on a small scale, and the necessary equipment can be costly. Therefore, I am diligently working to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute end-to-end electrical commissioning activities, including cable installation verification, system charging, auxiliary system commissioning, mechanical spinning, and generator synchronization readiness.
Plan, coordinate, and perform generator commissioning tests, including Open Circuit Current (OCC) and Short Circuit Current (SCC) tests, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and design requirements.
Commission, inspect, and verify the functionality of electrical and control systems, including Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), Generator Local Operating Panel (GLOP), Low Tension AC (LTAC) panels, Control & Relay (C&R) panels, and SCADA systems.
Conduct detailed inspections, troubleshooting, functional testing, and performance verification of protection, control, and auxiliary systems prior to plant energization.
Review and evaluate manufacturing drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts for GLOP, LTAC, AVR, and associated control panels to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project documentation.
Develop and configure Human-Machine Interface (HMI) graphics for C&R panels and support SCADA integration, including screen development, signal verification, communication configuration, alarm mapping, and customized graphical symbol creation using INDUS SCADA.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues, optimize commissioning schedules, and ensure successful project execution.
Prepare commissioning procedures, test records, punch lists, inspection reports, and final commissioning documentation in accordance with project quality requirements.
Conduct operational demonstrations and comprehensive training sessions for client operators and maintenance personnel, covering plant operation, protection systems, SCADA monitoring, routine maintenance, and emergency operating procedures.
Lead plant performance verification, reliability testing, and final acceptance activities, culminating in the successful handover of the fully commissioned plant to the client with all required technical documentation, software.

I contributed to the daily operational, excellence with site visits at EHV substations, relay data collection, relay testing and preventive maintenance of transformer and panel wiring with South-2 team at AIIMS 33kV substation. Also worked with O&M team for a 2 months at LN-4 11kV substation.
